Three periodical services in one year from the date of receipt.

Any additional visit during the AMC period upon request by the customer/consumer will be on a chargeable basis.

Contract Period: The term of AMC will be 12 months from the date of receipt. It can be renewed 2 weeks before the end of the AMC.

Payment, if done via cheque, will be in favor of “JMD Water Healer Pvt. Ltd.”

The price of AMC will remain the same if continued from the start. It may increase if the continuity is broken, and the AMC amount will depend on the purifier’s condition and usage. AMC will become active after 1 week if not taken continuously from the beginning.

To take AMC, the machine should be in proper running condition. A picture/photo of the machine is mandatory for starting AMC if not in continuity.

We use genuine spare parts and ensure equality to specifications.

Casual calls for providing service or repairing the machine, and buying AMC on the spot, will be charged as normal service without AMC.

Service will be on-demand basis. The company is not bound to provide mandatory service. Three periodic services will be provided as per AMC, complimentary with the machine, upon request through toll-free number or email.
