If you access this website or visit or shop at www.iLiv.co.in, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as our other terms and conditions on this website, such as our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, and Disclaimer. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future iLiv service on this website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service. All products/services and information displayed on www.iLiv.co.in constitute an “invitation to offer.” Your orders for purchase constitute your offer which shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below. www.iLiv.co.in reserves the right to accept or reject your offer.

AMC Clause

If any customer doesn’t book the service through the iLiv toll-free number and books it directly through the technician, the company will not be liable for any damage or loss. Toll free no. 1800-2121-00-786

Applicable Law

This site is created and controlled by iLiv. The laws of India shall apply and courts in Delhi only shall have jurisdiction in respect of all terms, conditions, and disclaimers. iLiv reserves the right to make changes to the website and the terms, conditions, and disclaimers at any time without prior information to customers/users of the website.

Definitions

“Agreement” means the terms and conditions detailed herein including all schedules, appendices, annexures, privacy policy, etc., and includes references as amended from time to time. “www.iLiv.co.in” / “iLiv” / “website” means the online shopping platform owned and operated by iLiv. “Vendor” / “seller” / “affiliates” shall mean the legal entity selling products on www.iLiv.co.in. “Customer” / “buyer” means any person placing an order for products. “User” / “you” includes any entity accessing the services. “Products” include any goods or services displayed with related descriptions and processes.

Electronic Communication

When you visit www.iLiv.co.in or send e-mails to us, you are communicating electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. All agreements, notices, and communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements of being in writing.

Copyright and Trademarks

All intellectual property, including text, audio, video, images, trademarks, and logos, are the property of iLiv and are protected under Indian laws. Unauthorised use shall be legally pursued.

Permission and Site Access

iLiv grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. You may not modify, reproduce, copy, or exploit any content without written consent. Unauthorized use terminates permissions granted.

Changes / Product Description

iLiv reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify products/services at any time. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it unused within 7 days.

User Account

iLiv may limit or terminate user access if terms are breached, incorrect information is provided, or damage may be caused. Unauthorized use will be legally handled.

• If the user has provided wrong, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
• If your actions may cause harm or loss to iLiv or its users.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased are shipped under a dispatch contract. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Force Majeure

iLiv shall not be liable for any interruption or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Policy Updates

We may change this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Invalid terms shall not affect enforceability of remaining terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements.

General

Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver. The agreeing person must be legally authorized and competent.

This site is provided on an “as is” basis. iLiv does not guarantee virus-free operation. Discrepancies may occur; please inform us. Products displayed may not always be available.

Information Liability

iLiv shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of information on this site. Content may not be copied without written consent.

AMC

• Three periodical services in 1 year.
• Additional visits are chargeable.
• AMC term is 12 months and renewable.
• Cheque payments must be in favour of FASTRACK DEALCOMM PRIVATE LIMITED.
• Price may increase if AMC is not continuous.
• Machine must be in running condition to start AMC.
• Only genuine spare parts used.
• Casual service calls will be charged normally.
• Service is on-demand; 3 periodic services provided under AMC.
• If booking not done via official toll-free, iLiv is not liable. Toll free: 1800-2121-00-786
• Parts covered depend on AMC type.

Service under this contract excludes the following:

1. Paint of machine.
2. Scratches, general wear, tear, or physical damage.

Company will try to solve issues within 3 working days. Shifting the machine must be informed in advance. AMC is non-transferable. Company may cancel AMC if unauthorized service is done. Costs, disputes, and arbitration details follow Delhi jurisdiction.

Warranty

Terms & Conditions

• Invoice required for warranty.
• Transit damage voids warranty.
• 1-year limited warranty unless stated otherwise.
• Warranty void if serviced externally.
• Installation must be done by official engineer.
• MFG warranty applies as per terms.

Return and Replacement Related

• 15-day money-back guarantee for full payments.
• Products must be in saleable condition for return.
• RA number required before returning goods.
• Attach RA form with return shipment.
• Testing “Not Faulty” may incur Rs. 500 service fee.
• Invoice required for warranty processing.
• For damaged products, contact support@iLiv.co.in.

Delivery

• We try to ship as per requested dates.
• No liability for delays.
• Shipping costs borne by company.
• Delivery dates are estimates.
• Prices include packaging and freight.

Installation – Terms and Conditions

Installation requests must be made within 2 days of purchase. Working hours are Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM–7 PM. iLiv is not responsible for civil damage during installation. Delays caused by customer unavailability may incur revisit charges. First 20m of waste pipe is complimentary; additional is chargeable.
